Owned Boat Liability: 4,000,000.00 Euros.
Employer's Liability: 800,000.00 Euros with a sublimit of 151,000 Euros
Product Liability: 601,000.00 Euros
Legal defense in case of claims: Unlimited
Valid for all certifying associations.
Claims for repairs or servicing of clients' diving equipment are included.
All center or school boats up to 15 meters in length are included. (No separate insurance is required for each boat).
The center's compressor is included.
The liability of all instructors and Dive Masters at the center or school is included, including freelancers who use the center as a base for their courses. This is valid for PADI/SSI teaching status. (No separate liability insurance is required for instructors).
Technical diving with Nitrox, Trimix, Rebreather, Cave Diving, and snorkeling is covered.
Courses and trips taken outside of Spain are covered.
Flat rate included for all introductory/DSD and OWD students, with no registration required*
*The flat rate covers diving accidents for all introductory and Open Water Diver course students, with no limit on the number of students and no registration required, including those who snorkel.
