Born in Lima, he holds a degree in insurance engineering from the Insurance Training School and a Master's degree in marine insurance and risk management from the College of Insurance in New York.

In 1986, he obtained the title of "Insurance Agent and Broker" from the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He has been a diving instructor since 1997 and has logged more than 1,500 dives in his 40 years as a diver.

He began working in insurance in 1979 and is currently the Administrator and Executive Director of "Consultores Segursub S.L." and president of "Asociación Buceo Seguro A.C." in Mexico.

Originally from Palma de Mallorca, he works as an Insurance Broker authorized by the Spanish Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds. A diver since 2012, he completed language studies, specializing in English, at The Dublin School of English in Ireland.

Alex is a risk and legal advisor for the recreational and professional diving industry with over 15 years of experience in the sector.

Born in Split, Croatia, Martina has extensive experience serving and managing international clients. She speaks Spanish, Croatian, and English, and promotes the SEGURSUB and SCUBA MEDIC social media channels in Europe.

Ilia es Licenciada en Gestión Comercial y Marketing, con una sólida trayectoria profesional en áreas de gestión comercial y administrativa dentro de empresas de ámbito internacional.

Su perfil multicultural y su dominio del español, catalán, francés e inglés le permiten desenvolverse con eficacia en entornos globales y ofrecer una atención cercana y personalizada a clientes de diferentes nacionalidades.

Como responsable de la oficina de Palma de Mallorca, coordina la actividad diaria y participa activamente en los proyectos de expansión internacional de la compañía, aportando su experiencia, capacidad organizativa y orientación al cliente para contribuir al crecimiento y desarrollo de la empresa.

Born in Cancún, Mexico, she holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas and has 13 years of experience in corporate and notarial law. She has worked in the public administration of the State of Quintana Roo, in the Secretariat of Urban Development and Environment, and in other private sector companies as a legal advisor. She is responsible for the civil liability business for adventure sports companies in Mexico.
