€80,000.00 for permanent, absolute, or total disability due to a work-related accident
Annual price: 90€ per diver per year (updated annually with TC2)
The requirement to insure employees of professional diving companies is contained in Article 22 of the Second Convention on Professional Diving and Hyperbaric Environments, which states:
Article 22. Convenio Insurance.
All employees covered by this Convenio will benefit from a work-related accident coverage policy that covers the following contingencies and amounts:
Death: €60,000.00
Permanent, absolute disability: €80,000.00
Permanent, total disability: €80,000.00
